October 2019- October 2020: Federal Engineering Limited
Worked for the company as a Construction Supervisor under the Lusaka Water Sanitation Project
funded by The World Bank for Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company.
Mandated to perform the following tasks:
1. Inspection and supervision of construction works including the substructure and
superstructure block work, fixtures and fittings, roofing, plastering and painting, flooring,
general reviews and plumbing works.
2. Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site safety policies and
procedures.
3. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and
experience levels
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of works.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Site Engineer.

The training was carried out in Ndola in partial fulfillment for the position of Zone Coordinator.
