Busisiwe Ntombisibili Shongwe

I am a lady aged 37, currently teaching English as a Second Language at high school. As a Swazi citizen who has two kids, I have a passion for helping youth in my country achieve their goals.

I have been a teaching English as Second Language for over five years. However, I do teach other African Languages such as siSwati and seSotho. I have also gained experience in communications and media when I was interning at Swazi TV.

A Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities have equipped me with the necessary skills in my teaching career. Furthermore, I have widened my knowledge through acquiring business skills when studying a Certificate in Business Entrepreneurship.

I have also advanced my writing and communication skills through studying a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication in which I focused on Print Reporting, Public Relations and Advertising.

As we have revolved to a digital world, I have taken the responsibility of upgrading myself with the latest technology and the different social media. I have explored a number of useful softwares and applications. Moreover, I familiarise myself with the inevitable Microsoft office.

Other skills that I have include communication, interpersonal, organisational amongst others.
