I have around 15 years of professional experience working in diverse facets of Customer Service and Technical Support that required me to complete a variety of tasks. This honed me to become adept in a wide range of skills. But, in these set of various skills, I would say that I have found a niche in hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows administration, Networking to name a few.

• Active Directory Administration (creation of user's accounts, password reset etc.)
• Knowledge of Backup technologies (Shadow Protect)
• Office 365 Administration (user/mailbox creation)
• Workstation operating system knowledge (Windows 10, 8, 7)
• Microsoft Office 365
I am well versed in the English language both in verbal and written and a subservient when it comes to customer satisfaction and leadership. I can work well with teams or independently. I am a self-starter and a great team player who will find ways to help and motivate my teammates.
