Bryan McCloskey

Bryan is a team leader experienced in agile work environments and who is passionate about driving customer success, delivering outstanding product experiences, and tackling new and exciting challenges. A huge proponent of design and innovation, he is constantly training to grow his skill-sets to achieve a deeper understanding of the user experience landscape and stay current with the latest interaction trends and practices. 

He enjoys using creativity to solve problems through brainstorming and collaboration with other designers, developers and product managers to create brilliant experiences. He possesses a willingness to help teammates, share his knowledge and know-how with them, as well as eager to learn from them.

He demonstrates pride of ownership by communicating design strategies to assist with product development and goals. He is a stickler on quality issues to assure design details are implemented using best practices and meeting the overall product vision. Believing that more brains and better than one, he is always open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Bryan is an expert in a number of UI/UX and prototyping design tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch 3, InVision and AdobeXD which he combines with an understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript. To develop an intuitive user experience, his ideal workflow begins with researching, conceiving, wire framing, designing mock-ups, and prototyping.
