Hello,

I'm Bryan from Mauritius. I have been working in customer service for several years. My main job is to take care of French, Italian, and English customers/users. I mastered perfectly the French language and the Italian language having lived 10 years in each country (I was born in Italy). My English is very good, I can read and understand perfectly but I speak with a French accent not having the chance to practice this language very often.

As a customer service agent, my goal is to satisfy the customer by finding an answer to his problem. I like to stay human in my contact with the customer and I know how to keep my calm with a difficult customer.

As an employee, I like to prove myself to show my goodwill and the high quality of my work, I am trustworthy and very loyal.

I also have expectations from my employer and I like it to be clear before embarking on a long term contract. Everything is negotiable depending on the type and amount of work.
