Being a leader, I quickly swayed many counterparts, colleagues, and other dissatisfied professionals to combine our skills within a framework of open creativity and expression. Together, we provide solutions and cutting-edge efforts for our partners, or as others say, our clients. But we also understand and value the more traditional methods and approaches, and work with our partners to understand where to apply each, or when to knowledgeably coach them into a new frontier.
