I have also dealt with different types of target markets in the past from Dental, Financial, Digital Marketing & the Hemp Industry. Furthermore, I am well trained in using Sales Navigator, Prospect.io, Rocket Reach & Hunter.io to look for quality leads from different platforms mentioned above. I am also familiar with how to use Pipedrive & Ordercircle to effectively keep track of leads. For team communication, I am trained to use Asana, Skype, Calendly & Zoom.

In addition, I have 8 years of BPO experience on different niches from Technical, Sales, Financial & CSR. So, I don't have any problem speaking or writing in English. Furthermore, I don't have any issues using Excel or Google sheets because I was a Team Manager before.
