Bryan Alexis Godoy

I have been a Customer Service representative for a financial institution for 3 years, where I've developed my customer service skills, multi tasking skills and such. This experience has also allowed me to understand American culture better and developed the ability to maintain a good flowing conversation with customers.

Then I was promoted to Quality Analyst.My primary task was to monitor calls and score calls based on the clients expectations.I learned how to share best practices to agents and help develop systems and processes to help struggling agents provide excellent customer service.I learned how there are different approaches for different people. Our primary tool to record scores, and generate reports was MS Excel so I am very comfortable using MS Excel or Google sheets. Due to my dedication to help improve agents in handling calls, I was given an extra task that allowed me to conduct trainings and I have developed the passion to teach and train.

I have also worked as an ESL tutor part time and have been teaching basic English to Chinese students who are of different age groups. Here is where I learned how to work from home. This experience has taught me about the technical challenges of working from home such as power outage, internet outage as well as issues due to forces of nature. I am very confident in my system I have a backup power source and my computer is very reliable and it can take a beating.

Recently, I have been accepted to small projects from different clients. My tasks ranges from setting up apponintments, lead generation, generating comparables report and creating a leads list. I also had a client who owned multiple businesses in Atlanta and I was tasked in setting up private events, setting up meetings, research, collecting and arranging data, setting up cleaning services for multiple Airbnb units that he has, posting ads for units he has for sale or for rent.

Throughout my working career I have learned and developed skills but I am very eager to keep learning. I am very fast learner and I am also willing to share my experience to co workers if need be.
