I have more than 06 years of Customer Service experience assisting my city's population, working on the basic sanitation autarchy for my city's government since 2011.
From my experience working for my city's government as a Customer Service Agent, I was able to develop my own skills alongside with the ones I consider the most importants for a high quality customer service, like patience, clarity, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiviness.
I can provide customer support via email, tickets and phone, and I'm always willing to learn new things. I will familiarize myself with the product and/or service so I can give the best support to the customers.
