As a child, I would find errors in published books and demand to know how such mistakes could happen and who is responsible for fixing them. Today, I put my effort into helping self published authors eliminate mistakes in their writing.
I received my bachelor’s degree in English and the rhetorical arts from University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2012. A year later, I received a certificate in editing from the University of Chicago.
I’ve worked on several projects ranging in length and intensity. My specialties are consistency and logical plot development. I have a talent for breaking down writer’s block and helping ordinary ideas become extraordinary with a few simple word choice improvements.
Additionally, I also tutor a variety of ages of students from first grade all the way through college age and beyond. Working with parents to develop a plan for each individual student is challenging but rewarding work for me.
I also have a ridiculous sweet tooth, enjoy a good Netflix binge, and the occasional glass of sweet white wine.
