Brittany Church

I have worked in the non-profit sector full-time for 6 years since earning my bachelor's degree. At both non-profits, I contributed within my role as depicted on my job description, but also in ways that were created based on my skill set upon hiring, particularly in a creative vein. As an executive assistant to the CEO of an organization, I was asked to write for the organization's blog, which was published in a multi-part series. At my current organization, I was hired to do a few select things in support of my boss as a new education building was being constructed, but ultimately became the department's booking agent and contract specialist, program developer, artist liaison, and grant writer. I also choreographed on over 130 high school students for an awards show, as well as many workshops with elementary aged students, while continuing to serve my department in my regular administrative role. As the organization's full time grant writer, I have secured over $240,000 in funding.
