WORK EXPERIENCE
Manager – IT Operational Support – Aaron’s Inc. – Kennesaw, GA
August 2018 – Present
Manage two 10+ member operational support teams within IT in a Network & Operational
Center (NOC) model and Tier 3 support, these teams are designed to drive root cause analysis
within products to provide stability across our 1500 stores and Aaron’s customer base.
Monitor and alert on all critical store infrastructure, product applications, and datacenter
networking and connectivity in order to proactively support and troubleshoot store assets. This
effort has reduced time to resolution by 20% (6 hours) for problem management and 13% (4
hours) for incident management, both resulting in increase of sales at retail level.
Drive teamwork in order to maintain relationships between internal customers to manage
requirements of store operations and customer experience. This results in decrease of inbound
calls to our call centers, decrease in incident management, and overall increase in customer
satisfaction.
Implement and manage entire problem management process within IT including event
recognition, problem creation, Sev1 facilitation, cross-functional team communication, and
learning reviews.

Manage project planning for $1M call-center phone system migration and enterprise DataCenter migration. Responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors,
budget planning, and maintaining security and company compliance to successfully complete
project.
Built and maintained business partnership between internal customers, as well as both external
and internal partners. As the communication and collaboration lead, I was also responsible of all

Consolidated, analyzed, and documented customer project requirements for a multi-million dollar global IT program.
Built BLI’s and tracked progress for project updates for the stakeholders and sponsors of the program on a weekly
basis.
Collaborated with a team of 6 project managers on day-day project activities and was responsible for organizing team
meetings, coordinating PM work deliverables at a program level, and administering the day-day operations for a
complex multi-project program.
