With having a master degree in Biochemistry I have a strong knowledge over all the 

subject Related to this field. During My Dissertation work I attain the knowledge of 

Python , Machine Learning ,Data science, Statistics and Developed a machine 

learning model for the diagnosis of PCOS. And published my research paper in 

International journal of science and research

 I also worked with the National institute of high security animal disease where I 

perform the NGS data analysis pipeline from generation of FASTQC Report ,Trimming 

filtering data sequence Assembly (Contigs and Scaffold) , command line BLAST 

analysis for getting best hits Of our data , Taxonomic classification and construction 

of Phylogeny. 

 I also have knowledge of RDBMS(MySQL) and the Basic Cloud computing with the help 

of various certification programs, and I have 8 months of industrial experience as a 

quality chemist and lab incharge on a limited company situated in Delhi(India).
