Throughout my career, I have successfully managed daily hotel operations, ensuring great workflows across different departments while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

In addition to operations management, I have hands-on experience in procurement and storekeeping, which has given me a strong foundation in sourcing, vendor management, and cost control. I am skilled at negotiating with suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently without compromising on quality.
