I've worked for some of the largest international organizations in the world. I've also worked for/with small business' in various stages of their development. What I noticed is that many of the business goals and struggles overlap, however the difference is in understanding how to tackle these competing priorities without the headcount, budget and flexibility of a large enterprise. As the world continues to embrace decentralization, industry leaders are looking to redefine the way they hire and manage project teams. As more highly skilled professionals adopt the freelance model, companies are struggling to redefine their project management approach to match. I work with companies and freelancers to understand and approach this growing market.
