processes of user experience design including Agile, Lean, and Iterative.
Projects included:
● ASICS RunKeeper: C
onducted in-depth user interviews to discover
running mindsets, goals, and behaviors to increase the first week
retention on the app and create new onboarding screens
● curds&co: Created an e-commerce section to a local cheese shop
through information architecture and card sorting to determine the
hierarchy of the site and how best to build the shopping pages. Through
user testing additional iterations were made to alleviate any confusion
the user faced
● MLB - Fenway App: B
uilt out a new feature on an existing MLB Ballpark
app for Fenway Park through user interviews, card sorting, and
sketching to determine how best to solve both user persona’s problem
of finding and ordering concessions and/or merchandise
