regarding learning and development. Implemented the Selina E-Learning Platform
where we can reach and effectively train and help in the growth and development of
over 1,500 Selina staff members globally. Currently developed more than 150
different pieces of training with the help of our extraordinary trainers and content
experts throughout the company. Enhance the skills of our global management
team and transform them from managers to leaders with our Leadership Program.
Launched and oversee the Coaching Program where we trained more than 20
Selina managers to become internal organizational coaches. Coached, mentored,
