I started as Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls with a US cable company. After a few months, I was able to transfer to the Email Handling team. I had experience with outbound calling for a Microsoft project then was promoted as a Reporting Analyst who handles the metrics reporting of the employees in the previous BPO companies I worked with. I worked with Teletech as a Reports Analyst then with JP Morgan Chase as a Business Intelligence Analyst and lastly with an Australian BPO company. After those, I tried working home-based wherein my first small tasks were Amazon product searching and then I worked for a local BPO where we did categorizing for auction items in an auction website using classification techniques. In between the work from home jobs, I tried small businesses like retailing, network marketing, events planning and travel itineraries. In short, I'm an awesome researcher, multi-tasker, project specialist, travel/life enthusiast and tech-savvy work at home entrepreneur/freelancer.
