Brenda Tejada

Hi, I'm Brenda Tejada, I'm 22 years old and I'm from Nicaragua. I'm finishing my university degree in Graphic Design and communications this year.

I have worked as a virtual assistant in two companies, a cleaning company and a real estate company. 

The cleaning company was located in 4 states in the United States including LA, Sacramento, San Francisco and Houston. I was in charge of taking calls and scheduling cleanings, entering the appointments in jobber and excel for better organization, notifying the cleaners, taking payments and solving problems that could occur in the day to day. 

In the real estate company I also worked as a visual assistant, I was in charge of helping with whatever was needed, I worked with work orders, organizing tenant information in appfolio, collecting missing information from tenants, finding new vendors for work orders, you could say that I did a little bit of everything which I learned super well from it. 

I am currently finishing my university studies in the evenings and I would really like to continue being a virtual assistant.
