I believe I understand what is required for this role especially in provision of operational support while maintaining confidentiality, conducting reception activities in a manner that allows allow clients to feel comfortable, integrity and much more.
I would also like to mention my experience in providing administrative support in the various organizations I have worked, including carrying out office documentation such as data collection, analysis, accounting and computer services duties. Naturally, this helped me gained excellent report writing skills having served as a receptionist/care assistant at Marie stopes International Kenya, a sales representative/customer Service at Dasheki Logistics and All Sei Wright bookshop.
I have a Diploma in Customer Service, and a certificate in MS-Office, Operating systems and other computer software applications which have added value to my skills, in addition I have knowledge in the different policies like Safeguarding, Anti-Fraud and Bribery and others. Therefore, if given opportunity, I am confident with my ability to apply the skills and experience I have learnt, and any other related training that I will be given in order to perform well in this position, and in turn achieve the goals and objective of the institution.
