Responsible for Social Media Accounts: Facebook (Pages, and Groups), Instagram,
Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn (Personal Profiles and Company Pages): everything
from creating new accounts, to established brands with millions of followers.
I've worked both as a Department of One, and also collaborated as an integral part
of teams (mainly Marketing), both internal and external, including: Videographers,
Production Crew, Content Director, Ads Team, Graphic Designer, Copywriter,
Customer Support, Accounting/Legal, VIP Concierge Team, and more. I've
successfully worked with every department within a client's company, from
temp/seasonal hires to CEOs.
Leadership of Social Media: working with seasonal help, contractors, and part-time
workers. Offering overall guidance, creation and instruction of Best Practices,
creating templates, delegating tasks and ensuring that they're complete (Project
Management), Spam Sweeps, Reporting impersonators, fake accounts, Submitting
Copyright Infringement Complaints, and much more.
Content Creation: Everything from creating a Content Calendar for all Social Media
accounts, to writing Copy for Social Media (including video scripts) and emails (if
necessary), Graphic Design, Lead Magnets, Infographics, and anything else that may
be needed.
Overhauled the Budget Allocation for Paid Social Media to make it more effective
during Campaign Launches.
Created and successfully implemented an Editorial Content Calendar both for
Campaign Launches, and non-launch Evergreen Content.
Introduced a more strategic vision for Video Content, and increased its creation, and
publication. Includes: writing scripts, ideation of video series, guidance to featured
talent, collaboration with videographers, etc.
Optimized Social Media accounts that were virtually ignored, and turned them into
viable money-makers with no budget. This drastically increased sales, and often
helped the entire team reach their bonuses.
Helped to increase ROI of Paid Social Media efforts by working with Paid Ads team,
improved Content Creation, and oversight of collaborative efforts.
Was an integral part of the team responsible for both the most lucrative year for a
client, as well as their best Quarter in its company history at the time.
Implemented strategies, protocols, and best practices for team members of the
Social Media Department, both current and future.
Hands on with Scheduling, Engagement, Real-Time Posting, Sharing, Commenting,
and various other endeavors to increase awareness, engagement, and growth of all
Social Media Accounts.
Managed Team including: Social Media Manager, Content Writer, Video Creation
Specialist, Content Team Leader, Temp/Seasonal Employees, and Production
Manager. Ensured that deadlines were met, and work was of superior quality.
Introduced and utilized a host of Social Media Marketing tools to team, and added
them to our “toolbox”. This helped streamline many processes, and saved employee
