Since I started working for the first time I have dedicated myself to be a customer service rep I worked for Panamerican consulting group for a year I had a a lot of commitments or multiple rolls, one of them was fixing phone and computers in which the position required a lot of knowledge about technology like software and hardware, getting fixed the customer devices leading or clarifying customer doubts, in addition, I worked for continga Restaurant for 3 months with no experience as waiter and I perfectly got involved by the position.
