To manage a recent Facebook ad campaign, we created a new
board for it and added a few lists

After creating lists, I added cards inside to
simplify what tasks every list should contain

To track progress
effectively, I added
a checklist of the
things to do inside
the card so we
know how far
we’ve gone at a
glance

Added a few customizations
for aesthetic value

Added docs attachments in the headlines and body cards. These
documents will serve as guide for creating our ad copies

Added a few automation rules e.g when a card is added to the
DONE list, it automatically gets a COMPLETED green label

We’ve started carrying out assigned taks and moving them to the corresponding list after
completion. Also, due dates and reminders have been set to keep track of to-do list in real
time
