Responsible for interpreting train orders, signals, railroad rules and regulations as well as complying with rules governed by the Federal Railroad Administration. Monitored gauges and meters that measure speed, amperage, air pressure and air reserves. Provided on the job training for newly certified locomotive engineers. During my time as an engineer, I also assisted with the testing of new and emerging train automation software.

UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter mechanic and crew chief. Having served two tours in Iraq, with over 750 combat flight hours as well as a C-23 Sherpa Flight engineer with over 500 combat flight hours, my versatility and adaptability is proven. Charged with both in flight and ground maintenance procedures as well as diagnostics. Safely and effectively led groups of ten or more soldiers on a day to day basis. Effectively trained new mechanics in maintenance tasks, and project management.
