I had been with BPO call center industry for almost Six years. Most of it are for health insurance company in United States. I handled Enrollment, Benefits and Eligibility,Claims, Billing and Authorization. With those experience i believe i have enough expertise to handle different type of customers in a phone call. I'd been consistently passing the targets and a Top performer. I am eager enough to build my career and try home-based job. You wont regret hiring me as I am a fast learner. Id been assigned different type of task and im proud that i havent encountered any Major errors.
