In March 2022, I began working as a digital content producer for UpNorthLive News (Sinclair Broadcast Group) in Traverse City, Michigan. My job responsibilities included but were not limited to: writing AP-style web stories; managing UpNorthLive’s social media accounts; posting broadcast news stories on YouTube; creating daily newsletters; managing live-streamed events and interviews; and strategizing on the best search engine optimization (SEO) practices to increase online engagement.
