My name is Brad and I have been in the industry for 12 years. I had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies/clients in the US and also in the UK where I supported different accounts and held different roles. I'm an experienced Customer Service Representative(both Voice & Non-voice), Technical Support(SAP, SEO, ISP, Kindle & Kindle ebooks etc), Outbound/Inbound Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Employment verification, Market Research, Administrative Assistant and I've been an Executive Assistant for CEOs in the past. During the course of my career, I have acquired different roles in the operations/management team. I was Quality Analyst, a Communications & Product trainer, Senior Team Leader and I've been an Account/Campaign Manager for various clients.
