I have a 1 year experience as a content moderator, and 3 years as a team leader working for globa leader company in customer service contracting with international, big clients.

I enhanced my skills in various domains, moderation, leadership, operational management, training, communication, forcasting and monitoring.

I also have an experience teaching English as foreing languague and translation Arabic/French content to English and vice versa.
