1. Sales Manager, Mobile Mart Services Ltd, (EABL Appointed Distributor) Juja,
Kenya Ltd, April 2021 to date.
Mobile Mart Services is an EABL appointed distributor to sell KBL products that comprise of
Senator Keg Regular, Senator Keg Dark, Allsopps Beer, and UDV spirits,
The targets market comprises of Emerging Business (EB) which have been divided into 3
segments that are Nafuu, Kawaida and Base poa outlets,
Key responsibilities:
Developing and implementing the company’s sales & marketing plans and programs.

Maxam limited was the sole importer and distributor of Heineken Premium Beer and Marlboro
Cigarettes in East Africa. In addition, the company partners with Pernod Ricard Kenya, in Sales
and distribution of some of its products like; Jameson whisky, Malibu rum, Martell VSOP,
Chivas Regal, Ballantine’s and Glen Livet Scotch whisky.
Key Responsibilities
Managing pricing, promotion in Modern trade & Traditional Trade.
Introduce and listing of new products in the market.
Execution of merchandising KPIs- work with merchandising and promotion agencies to
deliver perfect outlets with flawless execution.
Implement Area Sales Plan that will guarantee market penetration, growth, and deliver
superior customer value, and loyalty for company products.
Service existing outlets with all company products.
Procure comprehensive record of all potential outlets in designated territory.
Visit outlets in a planned manner, prioritizing on the basis of potential business volume.

that includes ultra-filtration process and ultra violet light; hence ensuring the highest standards

Managing sales, Trade marketing and Product listing in tier 1, 2 and 3 supermarkets and
wholesalers.
Debt collections and effective management of the same.

I worked as the retail promotions representative for Ramez Co. (Uganda) Ltd, this involved in
store promotions at major retail outlets across Kampala. I trained merchandisers on the basic
product knowledge; I also managed the funds and was accountable for every cent, thus exposing
me to some administration duties.

In the many areas of responsibility, I have held accountability, transparency, time consciousness
and working independently have been my key work target.
With my wide experience in leadership, I have had the opportunity to manage conflict, make
decision in critical areas; in addition, I have learnt communication skills, team building and the
