As SaaS Production Support Administrator, I was working on tasks like setting up
instances for clients, providing access to the existing ones, setting up user access to the
Jaggaer clients, writing documentation about procedures and how-to's. I was working in
JIRA and Confluence, but a lot in their own systems such as Pre(production) and
Post(production) environment, the consoles, and containers, of theirs. Provisioning and
deprovisioning would be also something that I was covering. So technical side, the webbased apps / cloud is something that I already came with was in use, understadning of
JS, XML, JSON, etc. also come in use, but I wasn't in the team that was in charge of that. I
came in Jaggaer to settle down, for years and years to come, but - on time - I reacted.
Now, I am moving forward, and looking for a company where I will definately settle, and
just enjoy what I do, grow and prosper with the company that I will be in, along with the
team. Some of the products were:

In the NXLog( www.nxlog.org) I felt the spirit where everyone can perform how they
want; in the manners they want. The very best thing I've learned at the NXLog, a pretty
huge company, is the Business Etiquette, Netiquette, which started to be almost
forgotten. - I've worked in the position of Jr. Technical Support Engineer working on tasks
like: QA of product, testing the product, reproducing the issue on the virtualized
machine, with the same exact script that our clients used to use. Tight and close work
with DevOps, Getting up the NXLog Manager 5 on a VM whereby one host OS(MS
Windows) and VM(Linux Server version- Ubuntu) need to communicate with each-other,
and then with the Manager and provide the most accurate data. I would like to express
my personal thanks to the team, but, we were clearly not fit- as NXLog was actually
looking for something other than someone who will learn, practice and then implement
the knowledge; as I didn't get any training nor similar. Either way, great experience,
much learned, a lot coded in different languages, and definitely looking to settle down
with one company and be there permanently: on the position of the technical support
guy, or technical support expert/ engineer (level 2 and 3).JOB FINISHED DUE TO B2B/
