task was to maintain the COLEPS system developed in JAVA JEE, in accordance with the
specifications of the Cameroon Ministry of Public Procurement (MINMAP). This involved
modifying the programming and procurement modules of the COLEPS system, in accordance
with the requirements specified in the specifications.
