I started working in Startek Philippines for 3 years, 2 years as an agent and 1 year as a floor walker. My account was a TELCO and I took in calls (inbound/outbound), helping customers with their issues with internet, television and email. I was promoted to a floor walker to support agents having difficulties dealing with the customers. I also supervised all calls.
