I have spent a substantial amount of time performing both administrative office skills and customer service at the University of Western Ontario, healthcare environments, and fast-paced malls, where my duties included the following:

· Managing the medical as well as the administrative side of the facility

· Assisting the Laboratory Supervisors and technical staff in the various labs
· Possessing comprehensive knowledge of monitoring, processing, and packaging of specimens
· Engaging clients in order to provide them with what they need in terms of quality services
· Maintaining knowledge of existing sales promotions, policies concerning payments and trades, and the security practices
