·     Ordering and maintaining supplies to keep the perimeter adequately stocked

·     Updating doctors' and patients’ personal files: keeping their records current and confidential

·     Assisting the Laboratory Supervisors and technical staff in the various labs

·     Possessing comprehensive knowledge of monitoring, processing, and packaging of specimens

·     Engaging clients in order to provide them with what they need in terms of quality services

·     Maintaining knowledge of existing sales promotions, policies concerning payments and trades, and the security practices
