I am Full Stack Developer, working with different technologies in my young career. I am always taking challenges and enjoy learning new stuff.

Work history:
Analyse, design and implement our product.
Looking for a more dynamic work environment, where innovation was more appreciated, I decided to focus on JavaScript over Java, so I stared to work with a startup called fusionOps even if it was pretty mature. As expected the dynamics of the project was clearly different. Here coming with an idea and being able to support it in front of your team as being a good one, or at least one worth giving a shot, usually resulted in implementing it. From the perspective of the work flow, things were a little different, for instance specifications where missing, or they were much less detailed. Because of this, there was always the need to keep in touch constantly with more people in order to sync up and clarify different aspects of the tasks.
During this time I travelled to the USA for an intensive 2 weeks long hackathon which aimed to prepare the lunch of the new version of the application.
The time at Aera, thought me to be more efficient while working under pressure and trusting my capabilities of delivering the requirements in time, all this with a strong communication between the team members.

Analyse, design and implement (improve) enterprise applications.
Over the years, I worked with a mixed team from Romania, Germany for approximately 9 months and then I started working alone from Romania with a remote team from Germany (Braunschweig / Wolfsburg) for the rest of my time at FME on a different project for an automotive company.
My roles with the first project was to continue developing a custom implementation of a web client called Webtop, a web interface to the Documentum content management system. My role was to develop from new UI interfaces to custom backend jobs and workflows logic using java EE, with JSP and jQuery. The second project I worked on consisted of a much broader technological stack. Using a combination of JSP, JSF and Ext Framework for UI with JAVA EE, and Spring context(for dependency injection) and REST but also JAXB services. I had to develop new features and maintain and improve old code, while complying to specifications. Also, when I joined this project, I started by moving on sight to our client in Wolfsburg for delivering a project for 2 months. After that I kept working on that platform, which has been developed for 6 year by that time. Because of the impossibility of delivering one requirement in Java, I even had to learn VBA and finish the task using that technology.
During this period, I often took some business trips to Germany in different cities. After all the time with FME I could describe my experience as an intensive period of learning which brought some industry fundamentals to my attention.
