I've been a Customer Service for more than 3 years assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at one of the largest and respectable Call Center in the Philippines.

I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone, email and chat. I have experience with Live Chat Support, Phone Banking and technical support and I am very eager to learn to and enhance my skills for the success of the project.
