I have worked as a virtual bookkeeper for 2 years for a US company. I have been working with disputes in amazon, braintree, and paypal. I also process the refund and replacement requests of the customers as well as creating credit memos for the refunds. I am proficient in Netsuite accounting software because that is the software that we used in my previous job. I have also worked as an internal auditor for a local company here in the Philippines. My job includes bank reconciliation, producing the financial statements, audit of cash and inventory, managing accounts receivable and payable.
