PRODUCT CATALOGUE AND ONLINE STORE
Plus260 Tech Solutions operated a fully featured e-commerce store built on BigCommerce, selling
electronics, gadgets, laptops, accessories, and lifestyle products. Every product listing — from sourcing and
photography through to pricing, variant configuration, and SEO — was managed hands-on.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
Customer support was a core daily operation. Using Reamaze CRM, hundreds of conversations were
handled every week across email, live chat, and phone. The focus was always on fast, accurate, and
empathetic responses that turned first-time buyers into loyal returning clients.

delivery, giving advance notice of her availability window. Managing this inbox daily required prompt
responses, logistics coordination, and keeping customers informed at every step. This was a core daily
responsibility across hundreds of email and live chat conversations.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Building trust was central to the business model. Over 160 verified Trustpilot reviews and 167 product
reviews on the store app were accumulated through consistent service quality. Every review reflected a real
customer interaction that was personally managed.

INVENTORY AND STOCK MANAGEMENT
Stock management ran across a physical warehouse and an online storefront simultaneously.
Serial-number-level inventory tracking, real-time stock updates, and clear delivery policy communication
were all maintained to ensure customers always received accurate information.

critical responsibility. When products sold out, listings were updated immediately to prevent failed orders
and customer disappointment. This required constant coordination between the physical inventory team
and the online store backend.

Digital marketing and customer engagement drove traffic and conversions across the store. Promotional
campaigns, popup deals, localized chat greetings, and a social media presence that reached 25,000+
followers were all designed and executed in-house.
