By the time I closed it in 2024, we had generated over $1.5M in revenue, served 20,000+ clients, fulfilled 30,000+ parcels through a logistics operation I built myself, and won the 2022 Zambian E-Commerce Start-Up Business of the Year award from the Institute for Finance and Economics. I built two full e-commerce stores from scratch on Shopify and BigCommerce, managing everything from product catalogue setup and theme customization to third-party app integrations, order processing, and returns. I implemented Klaviyo from the ground up and sustained a 75% email open rate across all campaigns, well above the industry average of 20 to 35%. My work covered welcome flows, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase automation, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.

On the customer support side, I implemented Reamaze CRM from scratch, built ticket workflows and canned responses, set up multi-channel routing, and managed high-volume communication across email, phone, and live chat. I served 20,000+ individual clients and retained 20+ corporate accounts, accumulating 715 verified reviews with an 85% five-star rating.

I grew the business Instagram account to 25,000+ organic followers, making it the primary sales channel, and led a dedicated team of four social media staff managing content strategy, scheduling, and brand consistency.

Beyond the storefront, I managed a full in-house last-mile delivery operation, coordinated suppliers, handled stock reconciliation, and maintained serial-number-level inventory records across hundreds of devices.

I also hold an MBBS medical degree from Jiujiang University in China, which positions me well for medical virtual assistant roles requiring medical terminology, clinical documentation, and patient-facing communication.
