I communicate with customers, assist eith customer’s request and gather other feedback in order to understand customer outcome. As support officer, i provide detailed insights to customers through the platform to ensure that they get the most out of the platform.
I also gauge customers levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the engineering and development team regarding product and service improvements.
