I worked as a professional Customer Support and Virtual Assistant for more than 4 years. My job responsibilities include providing support that vary depending on the organization and may include answering incoming calls, answering questions about products or customer accounts, placing orders and resolving complaints or issues customers may have. I also worked as Hotel Reservation Specialist, where I am knowledgeable in verifying customer information and payment options, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters. This experience also include simple marketing strategies for upscale and mid scale hotels, catering to different countries worldwide.

With regards to my past job experiences, I was exposed to Excel and other Microsoft Application in creating reports. I am familiar with webtools such as Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Apps, Teamviewer and Dropbox. I use Skype, Slack, Zoom and Glip for mode of communication. I am open to use any time trackers as needed.
