What makes me different from other so called "consultants"? I guarantee results, measurable results.

My basic premise:

1.) The answer is always simple if you know what your doing. (If someone tells you it's complicated or sophisticated, either they don't know what they are doing, or else their trying to scam you).

2.) You need a plan. Ideally everyone should understand your in less than a minute. A plan is a (2 dimensional) map visually showing how to get from where you are to your destination. How clearly do you understand your desired destination? (BTW, GANT is not a planning tool. It's a management tool).

3.) An organization is all about communication. Nothing else really matters. How well do you communicate? How well does everyone on your team understand their next task, and how to reach the next milestone?

4.) Success can be measured, and charted across your whole organization on a single page. This process should take no more than 10 minutes a week, once you know what you're doing.

In 2001, after 20 years in the construction industry, William founded HouseCraft Technologies, an integrated online system (SAAS) company servicing the building, real estate and finance industries. 

Then in 2009, began his in-depth involvement with electro-therapy in alternative health. He has since become a leader in bio-energetic therapies, having treated over 1000 patients and performed over 9,000 treatments. Due to a recent financial upset he was forced to close the Energy Medical Center and prepare for the next chapter in his life.

Bill, as he prefers to be called is a skilled, craftsman with C-level management experience, team-building and leadership and communication skills with over 30 years experience. Bill is proficient in Microsoft Office, strategic planning, business writing, research, consulting, implementation and marketing.

I pride myself in solving level 5 specialty problems, and enjoy a challenge.
