(BPUT) Computerscience engineering 6.72 2010 Panchayat college dharamgarh C.H.S.E ODISHA 47.00 2007 Saraswati sishu-vidya mandir B.S.E ODISHA 49.00 PROJECTS HEAD GESTURE BASED PC CONTROL The hardware design basically consists of two modules (Transmitter/Receiver).Transmiter module has MEMS(motion sensor) & a Encoder unit & in the receiver module a decoder with serial connection of pc to microcontroller via a serial driver.The MEMS is interfaced to PIC microcontroller from three pins X Y X axis analog value which will be converted by ADC. When any motion is detected on motion sensor it tranfers data according to the motion on it's pin which is connected to PIC & this microcontroller,encoded and set through RF which is again received decoded and senses the transition of the pulse and accordingly give data to PC through serial communication.In pc one fronted software is used which receives data and operates the cursor movement accordingly. This project is an implementation of ADC protocol at the motion sensor reception on a PIC microcontroller.The received code from MEMS(motion sensor) is decoded and send to the PC MEMS software written in visual basic.The cursor position is moved according to the motion on the sensor side.
