Bianca Alona Dela Rosa

I am a graduate student of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Mabalacat City College, a local college located in Pampanga, Philippines. 

Right after graduating college, I applied for a job from a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative and I have been working at that company for three years and six months. 

I began my career as a phone support representative, but was later promoted to an email support specialist. With strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, I excelled in my work and was awarded as one of the best agents.
