I am a Quality Assurance professional with over 13 years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality management across multiple domains. Currently working as a QA Manager at Bitxia Tech Pvt. Ltd., I lead a team of QA engineers and manage end-to-end testing activities for enterprise-level applications. My responsibilities include test planning, project estimation, client communication, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective testing strategies.

Previously, I have worked with organizations such as DLT Labs, Xorlabs, and Safenet Infotech, where I gained extensive experience in both manual and automation testing. I have hands-on expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Ranorex, TestComplete, and QTP, along with strong experience in defect tracking using JIRA and test management tools such as TestRail and TestLink. I am well-versed in Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC processes, regression testing, functional testing, and database validation using SQL.

In addition to my core QA experience, I have developed strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel for data handling, reporting, and analysis. I have practical experience in data cleaning, formatting, and organizing datasets, as well as creating reports and dashboards using formulas, pivot tables, and structured data techniques. I use Excel to track testing metrics, generate reports, and provide insights that help improve decision-making and project efficiency.

I also have hands-on experience working on AI-based platforms, where I have performed tasks such as data annotation, content evaluation, and quality analysis. This has strengthened my attention to detail, logical reasoning, and ability to follow complex guidelines while maintaining high accuracy standards.
