IoT - Enabled Blind Stick 3.0, with Amity University The “IoT-Enabled Blind Stick 3.0” is a device designed for blind and visually impaired patients that can assist them in avoiding obstacles in their path. To detect obstacles in its path, the device employs an ultrasonic sensor. It also has an inbuilt GPS (Global Positioning System) tracker that allows the patient's relative or guardian to monitor the patient's live location on his mobile application. IoT-Based Health and Fitness Tracker Bracelet The development of an "IoT Based Health and Fitness Tracker Bracelet" is currently underway. It is a wearable device with many bio-medical sensors such as a pulse-oximeter to monitor the patient's pulse and oxygen saturation level, a body temperature sensor to monitor the patient's body temperature, and other sensors such as a 3-axis acceleration and a 3-axis gyroscope to count the number of steps walked by the patient.
