Meeting with builders, contractors (Private and government) and architects for business in commercial area, government departments in Punjab and Chandigarh UT and with private projects of local architects. 2. Working with company distributors all over the try city and Baddi Nalagarh industrial sector. 3. Working in existing industries in Mohali, Chandigarh, Baddi Nalagarh. 4. I have done sales with MNC clients in Chandigarh, Mohali and Baddi Nalagarh like Luminous, Reckitt Benckiser, Groz-Beckert, Freudenberg-NOK etc. 5. Technical solution to customers in industry wise with the proper detail working sheet of total required lighting level, number of lights required according to wattage and safety, and also the final least budget for required product comparing with market with proper ROI. 6. New ongoing commercial projects sales specially in Mohali IT sector at Industrial area 8-B, and Sector 82 Airport Road. 7. Daily visit plan to approach 4-5 new projects and 4-5 old follow up clients. 8. Generating requirements in running commercials and industries with daily visit. 9. MES working daily/weekly visits and sales plan with efforts to creating product listings and efforts on market prices of deal and co ordinate with MES contractors. 10. Working to introduce our products to Govt offices Punjab raj panchayat, GMADA, PUDA, UT secretariat, Punjab Krishi mandi board, Sports department Govt hospitals, university colleges etc. with meetings with officials, JE/ AGE/ SE/ SDO/ Engineers etc. 11. Working to introduce our products and company to MES Subathu, Kasauli, HP. 12. Weekly/Monthly reviews sales and targets. 13. Making pipeline by regular visiting and generating requirement of clients and offering best solution with our product.
