Work Experience:
CVHA/AVI DISPATCH OFFICER
Paladin Security (July 2025 - Present)
● Managing and administering the overall dispatch and organization of GTAA licensed vehicles
(Taxicabs/Limousines) to the terminals.
● Addressing driver enquiries regarding the Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) and Managing, operating
and monitoring the GTAA navigation system “AVI” and “Fidsmon”
● Monitoring CCTV systems and adhere to changing customer volumes/ levels at each terminal.
● Administering peak period vehicle and irregular and emergency vehicle supplementation and dispatching.
● Consulting with transportation brokers, frontline staff and GTAA.
● Monitoring radio communications ensuring multi-terminal service harmonization.
● Assisting Operations Manager & Terminal Supervisors in the oversight to curb and groundside operations
and providing appropriate guidance and direction
● Acting as the main point of contact for on-duty Paladin Guards working within the terminals.
● Performing administration duties as required such as end of day, weekly and monthly reports.
● Responding immediately to any emergency and co-ordinate response accordingly based on established
procedures.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION OFFICER

● Managing the flow of passengers into authorized vehicles through the inner curb-side location.
● Assisting and coordinating passenger queuing.
● Identifying and reporting commercial vehicle activity that contravenes the GTAA Rules and Regulations
and Conditions of Permits for taxicabs and limousines.
● Maintaining communications at all times with fellow Security Guards, Client and Paladin Managerial Staff.
