Bernardo Covas

My name is Bernardo and I’m a multidisciplinary and creative graphic & brand designer, based in Lisbon (Portugal). I have a college degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising by Universidade Lusófona.

In addition to previous experiences at advertising agency level, I have 7+ years experience at a business group - The Euroeste Group - where I was Creative Director, Communication Manager and Graphic Designer for all the group’s companies.

The Euroeste Group operates in 8 countries, in Europe, Africa and South America, and is composed of interconnected but independent organizations and companies, that work in different business areas such as agriculture, livestock, animal feed, agribusiness, tourism, real estate, laboratory analysis, trading and retail. 

I was responsible for all the internal and external communication, graphic design, branding, packaging, web design, print design, presentation design and social media management for all the companies, their products and projects.

I worked both on-site and remotely, answering directly to the Group’s President and to different CEOs, Administrators and Project Managers, while also communicating with a diversity of employees, suppliers and clients.

I’m currently working full-time as a freelancer for national and international clients, both in individual graphic design projects and in integrated communication strategies.

Branding is my passion. I build an identity for the brand, based on its concepts and values and with its own language and personality. My goal is to consistently and effectively maximize communication with the audience, according to both the brand's positioning and strategy.

I provide several different services in graphic design and communication in order to achieve global solutions for projects, companies and products.
