I've been employed for nine years as an operations assistant and as a data encoder in a prestigious real estate appraisal firm known as Philippine Appraisal Co., Inc. During my work as an encoder I've acquired the skill in preparing text documents utilizing MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop on our appraisal reports. Aside from data entry I was also tasked to do some online research on market data & values, managing files and records, handling emails, coordinating with clients and on some occasion I even do on-site inspections and data analysis as well. At present I am a freelancer, working on short-term projects on data entry, virtual assistance and internet research. I am a hard worker, result-oriented, a quick learner and have the ability to get the job done accurately and on-time even under extreme pressure.
