PROJECT SCOPE
BEE’S SCENTS UNLIMITED
Background and Description
Bee’s Scents Unlimited is a retailer and wholesaler of authentic and branded perfumes. One of our main objectives is to help and share our expertise to new and upcoming online merchants in terms of putting up their own online business by giving them high-quality, competitive and reasonably priced branded perfumes. We aim to make our resellers’ businesses succeed as well by partnering with them all throughout their journey and mentoring them in order for them to achieve success.
Bee’s Scents Unlimited is a newly put up investment, thus, we are looking for potential business partners or resellers to work with us in order for us to increase our monthly sales and to recover the ROI within two months.
SCOPE
This project involves information dissemination via social media marketing. Will create engaging and attractive media content, including videos, and post them to all available social media sites and the official website to gain organic traffic. To complement this and to scale up the traffic in our social media sites and website, we will launch online campaigns through Google ads and Facebook ads, for two weeks. This whole project’s timeline is from Oct. 15, 2019 – Nov. 30, 2019.
REQUIREMENTS
Social Media Marketing/Campaign
· Create social media contents – pictures, graphics, and videos
· Post contents to the official website, Facebook page, and Instagram
· Be active and engaged in all the social media platforms – to be performed by VA/Customer service representative
Google Ads and Facebook Ads Campaign
· Google ads campaign run – October 15 – October 30, 2019
· Facebook ads campaign run – November 4 – November 8, 2019
· Campaign funds for both campaigns is P5,600.
· Business owner will run the ads with the help of the VA whose job is to create all the content for the social media platforms.
Execution
· Post 3 contents (graphics, pictures and videos) on Instagram daily.
· Post 3 contents (graphics, pictures and videos) on Facebook daily.
· Find potential business partners/resellers online/offline actively.
· Send proposals through private messaging on Instagram and Facebook.
· Will do email marketing as well.
Evaluation
· Take note what potential clients/resellers need in terms of marketing their products in order to achieve high number of sales.
· Understand the resellers’ opportunities and offer help in order to achieve their business goals as well.
· Make an agreement with the potential business partners in terms of availability of their funds and the payment scheme.
Deliverables
· Potential Business Partners - After meeting and making agreements with them it is expected that before the timeline of this project, we will be able to sign up at least 5 new business partners/resellers.
· Business Owner – With at least 5 resellers, it is expected that the business will have more sales and increase the revenue as well in the long run.

Implementation Plan
To successfully find and sign up 5 potential resellers, we need to have a lot of traffic in all the business’ social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook and the official website. To achieve this, advertising will run both in Google ads and Facebook ads for two weeks, with the allocated budget of P5,600. The customer service representative will be responsible for managing all the social media sites. He/she should be proactive, active and engaging with online clients. The VA/customer service rep’s job includes creating and posting social media contents to attract clients.
Once there is an interested client, the business owner will handle the business proposal/offer and by the end of each client meeting, it is expected that the deal is closed. The business relationship continues through the entire journey and the business owner will help resellers in terms of marketing their products by using the social media platforms including doing paid advertising to have more traffic, if they have their own page or website.
By the end of November, it is expected that Bee’s Scents Unlimited already has 5 resellers, and that they are successfully marketing and selling their products as well.

EXECUTION
· The VA/Customer service representative will do the creation and posting of the contents to the official website and different social media sites.
· VA/Customer service representative is responsible for the initial contact with potential clients. All they have to do is get the potential clients to agree to a meeting with the business owner to discuss the proposal or offer.
· Once the potential clients agreed to the business meeting, the business owner will do the business deal, offer or proposal. At the end of each meeting, it is expected that the deal is closed.
